Kamp A•Kom•Plish : Rates and Dates

1. Register online at www.kampakomplish.org or fill out registration form and mail back to Kamp A-Kom-Plish with the $75.00 deposit per week of camp. To receive a registration form, please call 301.870.3226.

2. Once you have registered online or the registration form is received by Kamp A-Kom-Plish, Kamp staff will review to ensure it is complete. For new campers requiring additional support, Kamp staff will contact you to complete a Skills Analysis Sheet and schedule an interview.

3. Once your registration is completed and received, a confirmation packet with a suggested packing list, medical forms and other documents with important Kamp information will be mailed to you.

4. Complete all additional forms in the time line outlined in the confirmation packet. All Medical Forms must be received by Kamp A-Kom-Plish at least three weeks prior to attendance.

5. Arrive at Kamp A-Kom-Plish for a fun-filled session

Deposits: Prior to any camper being accepted to Kamp A-Kom-Plish, a $75.00 deposit or a letter of intent from a funding agency must be received. No spots will be held without either the deposit or the letter of intent from a funding agency. A deposit must be made for each session that the camper registers for.

In order to register online, you must be prepared to pay the deposit via electronic check or credit card. Please do not register online if you are getting funding from another source. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Detailed refund policy will be noted on the confirmation packet.

Payments: All payments for Kamp A-Kom-Plish must be received by June 1st. If payment is not received, Kamp A-Kom-Plish reserves the right to give the session spot to a camper on our waiting list. Discounts will be applied to the final balance if paid by the June 1st. Balances not paid by June 1st will not receive the discount. For families using agency funds only: If letters of intent from a funding agency are received by June 1st totaling the amount of tuition owed, the discount will be applied even if payment is not received.

Refund Policy: Campers who are unable to attend their scheduled camp session will receive a refund for total tuition paid minus the deposit if notification is made by June 1st. If a cancellation is made after June 1st, no refund of tuition payments will be made. Exceptions to this rule may be made at the discretion of the Vice President with documented proof of medical emergency. Kamp A-Kom-Plish reserves the right to send a camper home, at the camper?s expense, if a camper exhibits inappropriate behavior, is sick for more than 24 hours, or is not having a successful camp experience. This decision is made at the discretion of the Camp Director. In these cases, the camper's tuition will not be returned. Add-on programs canceled with at least 7-days advanced notice will receive a full refund.

Discounts for 2010!!! Discounts applied to final balance only! All camp fees must be paid in full or letter(s) of intent from a funding agency received by June 1st to receive the discount.

Day Camp: Campers that are registered for all 8 weeks of traditional day camp receive 50% off the 8th week!

Overnight Camp: Campers that register for 2 or more sessions prior to May 1st receive 10% off each session!
