our ideal setting.

Our beautifully wooded 108-acre property offers the perfect country setting for any event. Nestled in the serenity of Nanjemoy, Maryland, we are a reasonable driving distance from Baltimore and Washington as well as Northern Virginia.

Whether large or small, our facility offers endless opportunities for you to create a one-of-a-kind event. During the months of September through May, we make our facility available for corporate and religious retreats, receptions, school groups, family reunions, executive gatherings and team building workshops. Our caterers offer meals that will please your guests' taste buds.

Receptions
Our serene location is the perfect setting for your special event. You will have the option to offer your guests overnight sleeping accommodations, extending the joy of your event and preparing them for the drive home.

Reunions
Your family and friends will enjoy all the space and activities we have to offer at the Retreat Center. Pitch your tents or rent our lodges; bring your grill or have your banquet catered in our dining hall. There are so many options for an unforgettable reunion. Allow your guests to explore the nature trails or take a much-needed dip in the swimming pool. Let your imagination run wild with ideas – we’ll help too.

Corporate Events
Our adventure ropes course will create the building blocks for any successful team. Our team-building consultant is available to conduct stimulating workshops in communication, trust, self-confidence, respect, and problem solving. We can assist you in customizing a retreat to suit your group’s needs.
